• Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales or account management, ideally in packaging, FMCG, Facilities Management, Hospitality or related sectors.
• A structured approach to pipeline management and sales reporting using CRM systems.
• Comfort balancing phone/virtual-based sales with on-the-road client visits
• A valid driver’s license.

Duties 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
•  Generate new business through prospecting calls, emails, and field visits.
•  Manage and grow our existing customer base.
•  Present and promote new products to existing clients.
•  Ensure consistent follow-up and client communication.
•  Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and activity KPIs.
•  Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
•  Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
•  Contribute to a positive team environment built on collaboration, reliability, and accountability.
