Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain key client accounts, building strong relationships.  
• Understand client needs, anticipate requirements, and ensure satisfaction.  
• Oversee account administration, workflow, and communication with internal teams.  
• Drive account growth through strategic planning and identifying new sales opportunities.  
• Manage production schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and operational capabilities.  
• Monitor account progress, provide reports, and manage service-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven 3PL industry experience managing key accounts.
• Strong ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
• Track record of driving growth within existing accounts.
• Solid understanding of warehousing, inventory, and shipping processes.
