Training and Research Assistant/Personal Assistant Germiston, Wadeville Package R15 000-R20000 Salary negotiable based on skills, qualification and experience. Pension Fund & Group Risk Life and Disability cover Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:00 15 days annual leave per annum Introduction This company has been established for over 70 years and has grown to include 27 branches across South Africa. We require the services of a Training and Research Assistant / Personal Assistant for our Head of Training which will be based at our offices in Germiston. Requirements for this position Minimum requirement is Grade 12 Honesty and integrityAbove average Computer skills – Excellent knowledge of Excel ; Word;PowerPoint.Any relevant qualifications will be an advantageKnowledge of Canva or other video editing software would be an advantage.Previous PA / Secretary / Call Centre experience will be an advantage Planning & preparation of training initiatives. Care and responsibility and use of company equipment. Good Time-keeping, must be a self starter and able to work independantly Occasional work overtime over weekends and after hours, but will be arranged in advance Duties & Responsibilities Extensive telephonic research within the targeted industries.
