About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the sales department with administrative tasks, customer service, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer information on internal systems.
- Assist the sales team with administrative support and follow-ups.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate deliveries, schedules, and order tracking.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- Minimum 23 years experience in a Sales Administration or similar role.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
