Job Description
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- 1–2 years’ experience in administration or accounts
- Basic knowledge of accounting functions (invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash, etc.)
- Computer literate (MS Office; Excel proficiency essential)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting and administrative duties
- Capture and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers, staff, and management as needed
- Provide general office and reception support
