About the Role

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the entire food and beverage operations within a hospitality establishment in South Africa, ensuring high-quality service, profitability, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service)
