About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our Construction Department, with strong maintenance and repair experience across various environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs, maintenance, and installation work on buildings, equipment, and machinery
- Conduct inspections and fault-finding to identify maintenance issues
- Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
- Assist with general construction and maintenance projects as required
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Trade certification in plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, or related trade
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Worker
- Strong experience in:
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical work
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Tiling
- General building repairs and maintenance
