Heidelberg: Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards Audit the Company’s Quality Management System and compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Ensure all products meet internal specifications and customer requirements Oversee inspection and testing processes throughout production Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions Conduct and manage internal quality audits Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards Manage external audits and customer quality requirements Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations Manage quality personnel and oversee daily quality control operations Investigate non-conformance and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments Monitor product defects on a continuous basis Control the return and assessment of quality complaints from customers Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
