Job Summary
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Travel Management: Coordinate high-level meetings, appointments, and complex travel itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, representing the CEO with clarity and professionalism.
- Project Support: Provide direct support in planning, executing, and tracking progress on strategic projects, including international initiatives.
- Office Oversight: Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations and anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked.
- Meeting Preparation: Schedule, prepare agendas, and ensure accurate follow-through on all meeting outcomes.
- Data & Document Management: Maintain a structured and secure approach to documentation and information handling.
- Business Development: Assist in identifying new income opportunities and developing client relationships.
- Special Projects: Undertake research, compile reports, and manage ad-hoc tasks aligned with business priorities.

- Proven experience supporting C-suite or executive-level leadership.
- Excellent judgement and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with complete professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- A proactive, commercially minded individual who takes ownership and delivers.
