What you’ll be doing:
? Assisting with investment portfolio management, including processing new business applications and fund transfers
? Ensuring compliance with financial regulations (FICA, AML, POPI) while maintaining accurate client records
? Coordinating annual client reviews and preparing portfolio summaries
? Managing client interactions with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
? Liaising with investment houses to facilitate transactions and obtain necessary documentation
? Supporting insurance policy renewals and account administration
What we’re looking for:
A structured and detail-oriented mindset
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans & English
Financial services experience or a keen interest in the industry
Minimum qualification: NQF4 or equivalent (higher qualifications advantageous)
