Hermanus: PA / Secretary – Legal Practice

Role: PA / Secretary Location: Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape Salary: TBC What the role involves: Managing diaries and appointments efficiently. Handling administrative tasks including FICA documentation, invoices, estates, deeds, and general office correspondence. Interacting with clients, many of whom are senior, with respect, patience, and professionalism. Taking initiative to solve problems and ensure smooth office operations. Supporting Liquidation and Distribution accounts would be a bonus. Contributing to the growth of the practice by assisting with PA functions as needed. What were looking for: Strong command of the English language and excellent presentation skills. Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and organised. Financially literate and comfortable working with numbers. Confident yet soft-spoken, able to maintain professional boundaries with clients. Proactive, resourceful, and capable of thinking ahead.
