About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BOH Administrator to join our team in Hoedspruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our lodge’s operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management and delivery of high-quality guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and concierge services
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of events and activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and other support functions
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- 24 years experience in hospitality administration, preferably in a lodge or hotel environment
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera, Semper, NightsBridge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel being essential
- Basic accounting knowledge, with experience using Pastel, Sage, or similar software
