Hoedspruit: FOH Receptionist

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front of House Receptionist to join our team in Hoedspruit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reception duties, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to their queries
• Manage reception duties, including checking-in and out of guests
• Maintain the reception area, including tidying up and restocking supplies
• Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• High school certificate or equivalent required

• No formal qualifications are required for this role.
