About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team in Hoedspruit, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm welcome for all visitors. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Provide exceptional hosting skills to all guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the lodge.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous Front of House or receptionist experience in a 4-star lodge or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of guest service and hospitality standards.
- Exceptional hosting skills (essential requirement).
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Qualifications
First Aid Level 1 certification is an advantage, but not essential. If you do not have this certification, we encourage you to complete it through the lodge during your employment period.
