Job Summary
Candidate
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-years` experience as a Guide at a 5 establishment, and/or leadership roles within the guiding industry FGASA Professional Field guide, and Full Trails All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH etc) must be fully up to date and valid Possession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essential Ability to handle physically demanding activities and endure various weather conditions Computer literacy Must be mature, confident, stable and an analytical thinker Must be a natural leader Strong decision-making abilities under pressure Passion for the outdoors and client satisfaction Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability Must be well-presented and well-spoken Must reference incredibly well This is a live in position, meals and uniform included. 21/7-day Cycle. Salary range: R15-20kpm
