About the Role

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a Management Couple to join our team at our 5-star safari lodge in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lodge, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Management Couple or senior lodge managers at a 5-star safari lodge.
  • Minimum 3–5 years luxury hospitality management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial and administrative skills.
  • Computer literacy (PMS, MS Office, reporting tools).
  • Valid driver’s licenses (both partners).
  • South African labour law knowledge (advantage).

Qualifications

  • Hospitality Management / Tourism qualifications.
  • FGASA (if involved in guiding coordination).
  • Wine & beverage knowledge.
  • First Aid certification.
