About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SPA Manager to lead our luxury spa in Hoedspruit, Limpopo Province. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a strong team, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations, including budgeting, stock management, and general duties
- Lead a dynamic team of driven SPA professionals, overseeing staff relations, scheduling, recruitment, and operational management
- Assist in promoting the Spa to boost revenue and drive business growth
- Maintain strong marketing skills to promote the Spa’s services and products
- Ensure effective communication with guests, staff, and management
Requirements
- South African citizen or willing to relocate to Hoedspruit (accommodation is NOT provided)
- Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write)
- Three years in a senior managerial role of a Hotel / Ship or Luxury Day Spa
- Prior luxury lodge or resort employment experience highly beneficial
- Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management

Salary & Benefits
- R30,000 – R35,000 per month (BOE)
