Minimum Requirements: Experience selling B2B solutions to companies, ideally in technology, digital, or professional services Experience selling digital or online services, such as SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization, is a strong advantage Comfortable using CRM systems and sales reporting tools Client-centric mindset with a focus on long-term value Commercially driven and target-focused Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across website development, custom software development, and application development Engage clients to understand business goals, operational challenges, and digital requirements Sell bespoke digital solutions rather than off-the-shelf products, positioning value based on outcomes and long-term impact Conduct structured discovery sessions to uncover client needs related to digital presence, internal systems, customer experience, and automation Work closely with technical and development teams to scope appropriate solutions, timelines, and commercial models Translate client requirements into clear, well-defined solution proposals. Identify opportunities to include digital marketing services alongside website or application development, such as: SEO and search optimisation Website performance optimisation Ongoing content or digital support Carry and consistently deliver against defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking in line with company standards Identify opportunities for repeat business, enhancements, and ongoing support Support long-term client value through upsell and cross-sell of digital and marketing services Reach and chase sales targets in booking and identifying new opportunities
