<p><strong>Reliability &amp; Maintenance Engineer (Water Treatment)</strong> required for a reputable water treatment company based in<strong> Paarl or JNB </strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Engineering degree (B.Eng Industrial/Mechanical)</li><li>&gt;3 years experience as a reliability engineer in an industrial/mining environment</li><li>Experience in water treatment equipment will be an advantage</li><li>Experience with Root Cause Analysis, RCM principles,</li><li>Experience with CMMS systems, Maintenance Planning and data analysis</li><li>Computer literacy</li><li>The successful candidate must be a fast learner and able to work with little supervision</li><li>Own transport</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Enhancing the overall reliability and availability of the Operation and Maintenance contracts</li><li>Providing Maintenance and equipment expertise</li><li>Analysing equipment failure data and conducting Root Cause Analyses with the assistance of the Maintenance Teams</li><li>Developing and Implementing procedures and processes to increase reliability</li><li>Understanding the cost of equipment maintenance and developing reliable budget and forecasting</li><li>Taking part design reviews to increase reliability of new plant/equipment</li><li>Taking part in HAZOP studies to improve on maintainability of plants/equipment</li><li>Tracking plant maintenance KPIs and utilising Maintenance Data from the CMMS to inform strategies and tactics</li><li>Provide leadership to enhance Maintenance Activities, Strategies and Tactics</li><li>Analyse data to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Maintenance Departments</li></ul>
