About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager / 2IC in Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager with daily branch operations
  • Manage a team of sales staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer information
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Relevant sales or management experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively
