About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Store Manager and take ownership of a high-performance environment that thrives on operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and team growth. We are seeking a results-driven leader with a passion for retail and people development to drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maximise income streams through effective promotion of add-ons, GP, and other revenue channels.
- Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising and marketing standards.
- Attract and retain a strong and loyal customer base.
- Inventory Management: oversee inventory controls and ensure effective stock management. Monitor store performance in line with stock availability and customer demand.
- Customer Service: ensure exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Review and act on Mystery Shopper reports and customer feedback. Resolve product and service-related complaints quickly and effectively. Lead by example in reinforcing a customer-first culture among staff.
