R60000 Plus A multi venue banqueting operation with a large subdivisible venue for upto 1500 and numerous breakaway and smaller venues, which hosts numerous functions and conferences at the same time, seeks a highly experienced banqueting & events manager with the following specific experience Hospitality diploma or degree Must have held a banqueting manager role at a Convention Centre with multi venues (CTICC, Durban ICC, Sun City etc) Must have minimum 10 years F&B Management and Banqueting Management experience 4 / 5* hotels or Convention Centres Strong organiser with excellent management skills Ability to lead and manage a large brigade of staff DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL BANQUETING MANAGER WITH THE EXPERIENCE ABOVE An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
