Location: Gauteng
Our client in the Health and Safety industry is looking to hire a Bookkeeper/ PA.
Duties and Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
• Report directly to the CEO and Financial Manager
• Experience in the FMCG sector an advantage
• Processing daily cash book.
• Update and maintain the general ledger
• Overseeing and managing of our CRM system, Workflow Management software, Accounting, and Payroll systems.
• Monthly budget planning and reporting experience.
• Reconciliation of entries into the Pastel accounting system.
• Debtors and Creditors.
• Maintain the trial balance by the reconciliation of general ledgers
• Stock control management experience.
• Filing & Admin duties
• Assisting sales team with client quotes.
Human Resources
• Employee, performance appraisals.
• Manage and administer employee contractual information.
• Process monthly payroll, leave and salary calculations on VIP Payroll
• Recruitment, selection, and placement of employees. This will consist of employment advertising, working with employment agencies, skills testing of applicants, interviewing, salary negotiations, reference checking and new employee orientation.
• Manage personnel permanent files; employee contracts, updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Reporting
• Compile all KPI employee performance reports.
• Compile and administer all sales targets and performance reports.
