Are you a brand marketer who wants to build brands people actually notice, trust and remember? Join Tsogo Sun Digital as a Brand Manager and help shape, grow and elevate our digital‑first brands across an omnichannel ecosystem. Make real impact early shaping strategy, leading launches, driving campaigns, and bringing brands to life across digital and real‑world touchpoints in a fast‑growing, data‑driven business. Our successful Brand Manager will Shape and evolve brand strategy, positioning and brand expression across the Tsogo Sun Digital portfolio. Support new brand, sub‑brand and proposition launches as the business grows. Build brands consumers notice, trust and remember by strengthening meaning, visibility and distinctiveness. Define audience segments and priorities to sharpen planning and relevance. Manage campaign calendars tied to sporting moments, seasonal trends and commercial goals. Drive trade marketing across Tsogo properties, ensuring strong in‑casino and in‑hotel brand presence. Oversee high‑quality venue signage, POS, merchandise and customer‑facing brand collateral. Lead or support events and activations, ensuring they are well‑executed and commercially aligned. Collaborate with influencers, partners and ambassadors to boost awareness and cultural relevance. Align brand activity with loyalty, CRM and customer marketing to support acquisition and retention. Support PR and reputation efforts to build trust and protect brand equity. Manage budgets, track spend and use BI insights to guide future brand activity. Partner closely with CRM, acquisition, BI and marketing teams to understand what drives awareness, engagement and brand growth. If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric, MS Office proficiency, strong numeracy and excellent communication skills; plus 8 years in brand or trade marketing, strong brand strategy and positioning ability, experience delivering brands across venues, events and activations, solid campaign‑planning and digital/CRM understanding, proven budget and ROI management, confidence using BI insights, strong stakeholder and agency management, and ideally experience in gaming, betting or hospitality with a commercial, growth‑focused mindset.
