About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Brand Relations Manager to join a prestigious luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg. We are looking for a well-connected, commercially minded professional with a passion for luxury partnerships, member experiences, and building exceptional supplier networks for high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with premium lifestyle suppliers
- Negotiate exclusive member benefits, preferential rates, and value-added offerings
- Grow a strong network across luxury hospitality, travel, events, and lifestyle sectors
- Source new supplier partnerships and market opportunities
- Maintain supplier databases, records, and benefit structures
- Support Lifestyle Managers with supplier sourcing and relationship management
- Contribute to member communications, Whats On offerings, and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the Events team on member experiences and exclusive access opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance, retention, and partnership success
- Represent the brand as a polished ambassador in all engagements
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in sales, account management, brand relations, or customer service
- Luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or marketing background advantageous
- Strong network of relevant industry contacts
- Experience working with VIP clients and high-profile individuals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management and organisational ability
- Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Salary & Benefits
R35,000 – R45,000 DOE + Commission
