About the Role
Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking an experienced Client Services Executive to join their underwriting department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, managing claims, and ensuring the success of current policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice to policy holders on making a claim and the processes involved.
- Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
- Monitoring the progress of a claim.
- Take responsibility for productivity and profit.
- Build productive relationships with clients in order to identify their needs.
- Create and maintain client files.
- Update the system and data base with the new information obtained from the client.
- Providing excellent client services confirming the extent and validity of claims, checking for any potentially fraudulent activity.
- Responsible for managing a claim from submission through to settlement.
Requirements
- Matric
- Excellent matric and university results
- 80% for Higher Grade Math in Matric
- Completed Degree in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communicational skills.
- Fully computer literate
- Professional and presentable
- Self – motivated
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Must be able to provide excellent client services.
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND AFRIKAANS FLUENTLY
