About the Role
Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their underwriting department. The ideal candidate will provide excellent client services, manage claims, and perform general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing advice to policy holders on making a claim and the processes involved.
• Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
• Monitoring the progress of a claim.
• Taking responsibility for productivity and profit.
• Building productive relationships with clients to identify their needs.
• Creating and maintaining client files.
• Updating the system and database with new information obtained from clients.
• Providing detailed information on various insurance products and services.
• Confirming the extent and validity of claims, checking for potentially fraudulent activity.
• Managing a claim from submission through to settlement.

• Matric
• Excellent matric and university results
• 80% for Higher Grade Math in Matric
• Completed Degree in related field
