About the Role
Lead one of South Africa’s most dynamic integrated entertainment destinations as a Complex Operations Executive. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, drive performance, and deliver world-class guest experiences across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the complex
- Oversee gaming, hospitality, conferencing, and entertainment operations
- Drive innovation and market competitiveness across business divisions
- Optimise gaming floor performance through product mix, loyalty strategy, and customer segmentation
- Implement high-performance operating models to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Translate market insights and customer trends into actionable strategies
- Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and cost optimisation opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators and ensure full licence compliance
- Lead diverse teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across employees, guests, unions, and community leaders
- Drive transformation initiatives and oversee B-BBEE strategy
Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gaming Management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification advantageous. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar executive leadership role. Proven track record managing complex multi-business operations.
