About the Role
Join a fast-growing UK-based self-storage group and become the voice of the customer across multiple sites. If you enjoy turning enquiries into bookings and delivering seamless service, this role offers real scope to grow. As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers across several storage locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer messages
- Provide tailored quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Issue and process Customer Agreements and related documentation
- Advise customers on appropriate unit sizes based on their needs
- Schedule and coordinate site viewings
- Process payments accurately and securely
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent service delivery
- Support general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles
- Exposure to self-storage or similar service-driven environments is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working remotely and managing workload independently
