Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and improve overall performance. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support their company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover insights and trends
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
• Assist in developing data-driven strategies and recommendations to drive business success

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience working with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
