About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at GAP Consulting, a leading recruitment consultancy in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients across the Gauteng region.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective field sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Utilize Excel skills to analyze data, identify trends, and inform sales decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Direct Field Sales role in the Manufacturing Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables | Charts | Trend Analysis) essential
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Process | Industrial Equipment | Materials essential
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
