About the Role
A top company in the warehousing & FMCG distribution is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join their operation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and management of inventory levels, driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform demand forecasting
- Develop and maintain accurate demand plans and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions
Requirements
- Matric Degree or Diploma
- 2-5 years experience in planning FMCG, QSR, Food, Shelf life dependent or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
