Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience in a development environment.

• Proven experience designing and developing APIs, web applications, and scalable systems using .NET technologies.

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, performance optimization, and maintenance.

• Experience with software architecture, system design, and development best practices.
