The Role: Director of Sales The Director of Sales exists to lead and scale the company’s commercial operations. This role is responsible for managing a high-performance team and developing scalable sales strategies to translate growth objectives into clear targets and metrics. The main focus areas include driving revenue growth across enterprise clients, designers, and strategic accounts through the implementation of structured sales processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale commercial operations with a required 10 years of sales experience. Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting enterprise clients, designers, and key accounts. Identify high-value growth channels to expand market share. Translate growth objectives into measurable targets, pipeline metrics, and KPIs. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance sales team by establishing clear account ownership and territory focus. Implement systems for sales accountability, pipeline management, planning, and reporting. Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to align commercial strategies. About You 10 years of sales experience. 5 years in senior sales leadership roles. Proven track record of growing revenue in a product-based environment. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.
