Key Responsibilities
- Support and optimize ERP modules while maintaining a unified system template
- Enhance supply chain performance across ERP and procurement platforms
- Manage interfaces between Oracle Fusion and Coupa
- Conduct user and super-user training; maintain training materials
- Identify and implement system improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with external support teams for third-tier support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT relevant field
- Formal training in Oracle Fusion 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation
- 2 years experience in Coupa administration
- Experience in the JDE distribution module
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and ERP process mapping
- Exposure to business systems outside ERP (e.g., mining or plant processing)
