About the Role
The F&I Business Manager JHB North is a critical role that requires an experienced professional to manage the finance and insurance department of a dealership in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of units, meeting targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 35 Units per month
- Perform against Targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Develop and implement effective communication and negotiation strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
- Matric Certificate
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- Current CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
