Requirements: Fully qualified F&I professional with 35 years proven experience as an F&I Manager in the motor industry ( VW brand experience advantageous ). Strong track record of achieving F&I targets and maintaining high compliance scores. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with financial institutions. Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Strong administrative, reporting, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in relevant dealership and F&I systems/software.
