Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyse, and submit accurate financial reports, KPIs, and performance drivers Oversee management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for divisions and branches Drive financial controls, IFRS compliance, audit processes, cash flow management and risk identification Lead stock, credit control, accruals, provisions, and month-end review processes Support EXCO with projects, deliver operational training and respond to ad hoc financial queries Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and SOP reviews from a financial control perspective Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) essential Minimum 3 years management experience in a finance environment Minimum 2 years experience in courier / express / road freight Strong foundation in IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting and technical accounting Proven record of compliance, controls, and accurate reporting Advanced MS Excel skills (complex formulas, modelling, and automation) Solid understanding of financial principles and cash flow management Advanced analytical ability, operational awareness and strong communication skills Ready to step into a role where your financial insight drives real operational decisions?
