About the Role

Hire Resolve, a top-tier recruitment firm specializing in permanent placements for senior-level executives, is seeking an experienced Function Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Control of budget parameters
Staff utilization (Resource Profitability)
Maintain and expand key client base
Project profitability
Achieving budget, overhead, and contribution
Project delivery to meet clients Terms of Reference (TOR)

Requirements

BEng degree/higher degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum 15 years of experience in the planning & Traffic engineering discipline
Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA)
Ability to successfully undertake and deliver clients TOR
Knowledge of industry trends and advances
Ability to drive technical input to bids and provide clear USPs in a technological field
