About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading mining company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team in Modderfontein, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and experience in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and allocate resources accordingly.
- Communicate the business objectives to the team, and closely monitor performance against these objectives.
- Take accountability for continuous improvement of the region.
- Consolidate reporting requirements for the region.
- Ensure that the invoicing is processed timeously.
- Manage budgets and improve revenue within the region.
- Monitor the work area to ensure that a safe environment is maintained, and all safety rules are followed.
- Manage the regions financial performance to assure that a quality product is provided at the least possible cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Business Management Qualification (advantageous)
- Min 10 years Management experience.
- 5-8 years experience in a similar position within mining industry.

- Completed Bachelor of Science Degree
