About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a key member of our marketing and creative teams, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and concepts for various marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching designs for print and digital marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website banners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for campaigns
- Present design concepts to team members and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed
- Maintain and organize design assets, such as fonts, images, and templates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience with digital illustration and motion graphics
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS
- Experience working with a variety of print vendors
