Duties: Oversee the full financial accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Lead the preparation of annual financial statements in line with IFRS standards Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control processes Liaise with auditors, SARS, and other external stakeholders Provide strategic support to senior management by delivering meaningful financial insights Mentor and guide the finance team to achieve operational excellence Education and experience: CA(SA) qualification 6 years post-article experience in a similar role Industry experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors will be advantageous
