Job Title: Head of Finance and Administration

We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to join our team as Head of Finance and Administration.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Financial Management
Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the property management industry is required. Proven experience in senior financial leadership within a portfolio-based environment is essential.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP and SAP Business Intelligence
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with intermediate to advanced levels of proficiency in Word and Outlook
Strong knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and processes
In-depth understanding of IFRS, tax, capital expenditure, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience with contract management and legal finance
Competencies and Attributes:
Strong leadership and people management capability
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive continuous improvement and automation
