Job Description
Purpose of Position:
We are a leading company committed to excellence in our industry, dedicated to fostering a positive and dynamic work environment. We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator with a background and experience in HR administration to join our team in Johannesburg.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment administration activities, e.g. posting advertisements, scheduling job interviews, maintaining applicant records, etc.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
Generate HR reports as required.
Training administration keep track of approved training courses, book training courses for approved employees and keep up-to-date training details.
Employee Relations administration admin associated with grievances, disciplinary enquiries and CCMA.
Timely response to internal clients for queries and requests for visa letters, invitation letters, and confirmation of employment letters.
Data capturing / minute-taking in legislated committee meetings.
Other duties as required from time to time.
Knowledge & Experience:
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or studying towards this qualification is essential.
At least 1 year of experience in an HR administration, HR generalist/ HR Clerk role
Knowledge of South African Labour Laws and regulations.
Strong administration, time management, and organisational skills.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Ability to work independently and within a team
