About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Officer to join our team at Durpro Workforce Solutions in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will support the HR function by managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, and providing effective HR support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer recruitment and selection processes (shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and benefits
