About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Admin to join our team on a 4-month contract basis in Germiston, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll management, with a focus on IR and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Address employee grievances and represent the company in labour discussions
- Manage disciplinary processes
- Represent the CCMA
- Payroll management: process payroll, maintain records, calculate deductions, bonuses, commissions & overtime
- Address payroll queries
- HR Administration: assist with recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Resolve employee conflict
- Provide HR support to employees and managers
- Monitor employee performance evaluations
- Manage petty cash
- Process data input and manage data in various systems
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and IR
- Good knowledge of BCEA, LRA, COID, OHS
- Working experience on Sage Cloud and MS Office
- Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle
Salary & Benefits
R18 000 per month for the contract duration
