Job Description
Deliver training in line with company objectives
Compile and administer the annual training budget
Ensure accurate training records are kept up to date and that the requirements of the Skills Development Act & related legislation are met
Monitor training provided by internal and external trainers
Initiate and drive impactful Organizational Development projects
Schedule training interventions based on needs analyses
Qualification & Skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
Must have a matric with ODETDP (Occupationally-Directed Education, Training and Development Practices) qualification
Must have experience with Organizational development (OD)
Must have experience researching training methods
Must have experience with Learning and Development
