About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a global leader in withholding tax recovery to appoint a high-impact Product Development & Growth Manager. This strategic role sits at the intersection of innovation, technical research, commercialization, and expansion. You’ll work closely with the Chief Commercial & Product Officer to drive the next generation of tax and compliance product offerings from opportunity identification through to validation and market launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritise, and evaluate new product opportunities across tax recovery, compliance, and regulatory markets
- Conduct deep technical and regulatory research to validate feasibility and identify market needs
- Lead competitive intelligence and synthesize global market trends into strategic direction
- Develop market sizing models, expansion frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
- Support the commercial team with financial modelling, pricing, revenue projections, and ROI scenarios
- Build clear, executive-ready business cases to influence leadership decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales to shape MVPs
- Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation
- Support early-stage product testing and iterative feedback
Requirements
- CA, Engineering, or equivalent qualification in finance, quantitative fields, or technical disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, strategy, business analysis, or corporate development
- Strong technical research and analytical skills, especially in regulatory and financial contexts
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Ability to translate complex ideas into structured insights and business cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward ownership and action
