About the Role

The Recruitment Pig is seeking a Personal Image Sales Consultant to join their team based in Sandton City, Johannesburg. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients who are looking to invest in their confidence and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with new and existing clients to understand their needs and goals
Guide clients through available mens wellness and treatment options
Convert enquiries into confirmed treatment plans using a consultative sales approach
Build strong customer relations through follow-ups and ongoing communication
Track your sales activity and performance against agreed targets
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth client journey

Requirements

Proven sales experience (Minimum 3 years) in a service-driven or consultative environment

Comfortable selling high-value services over multiple conversations

Strong communication, listening, and closing skills

Sales or customer service qualification is helpful but not required
