Johannesburg: Internal Sales Administrator

Requirements: Matric Strong administration skills Fluent in Afrikaans Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner. Prepare quotations, process orders, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently. Assist sales representatives with account management, pricing, and follow-ups. Conduct follow-up calls to customers regarding quotations, deliveries, and satisfaction. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update customer information on internal ERP systems. Support the Sales Director and team with reports, data entry, and general administration. Ensure excellent communication and customer service at all times.
