About the Role
As a Commercial I Pricing Analyst in our Johannesburg office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive optimal connectivity solutions while maintaining healthy margins. You will work closely with sales teams and carriers to resolve pricing queries and optimize carrier costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage connectivity pricing using third-party carrier costs
- Support sales teams with pricing reviews and solution alignment
- Validate carrier costs vs retail pricing to ensure healthy margins
- Perform monthly carrier invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Track and report on connectivity costs, pricing, and gross profit
- Manage customer renewals and review margin performance
- Coordinate with carriers, sales teams, and project managers to resolve pricing or commercial queries
Requirements
- Experience working within telecommunications, ISP, or connectivity environments
- Strong understanding of connectivity products (Fibre, DIA, MPLS, LTE/5G, last-mile services)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, cost modelling)
- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with multiple carriers and pricing models
